The Signature Series pump bench is a modular system designed to fulfill all self-service car wash needs. The system features modules for high pressure and low-pressure pumps, electronic controls, R/O system and chemical mixing all incorporated on one ruggedly constructed, attractive bench.

At the heart of the Signature Series lies the pumping module. The pumping module provides high pressure pumps for up to 12 self-service bays. The pumping module allows easy access to pumps and fittings with the use of a pump tray that easily pulls out and disconnects for servicing. A stainless steel belt guard enhances safety and adds an attractive look.

The Signature Series features an advanced PLC, which controls all wash functions, weep water timing, diagnostics, tank level indication, accounting, and a myriad of other fuctions.

An option to the Signature Series is the reverse osmosis spot free rinse module that can be incorporated onto the bench. This R/O system can be equipped with up to 4 R/O membranes for maximum effectiveness. R/O water may also be shared with automatic vehicle wash systems operation.

With the optional Signature Series chemical mixing tank module, super concentrated chemicals may be automatically mixed and utilized. Super concentrates provide for the most maintenance free chemical operation. Super concentrates are available for: Foaming brush and Triple Foaming Brush, Triple Foaming conditioner, Clear Coat, Wax, Pre-Soak, High Pressure Detergent and more!
